Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for hyperscale customers, coordinating with design, construction, and operations from contract signing to Ready for Service.

You will own delivery programs, manage change requests, and ensure on-time RFS while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires 10+ years in project delivery in data center environments and PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading end-to-end project delivery within critical operating environments (Data Center preferred).
• Experience making delivery and commercial decisions and managing trade-offs across schedule, cost, and technical constraints.
• Experience working with hyperscale or large enterprise customers in data centre, cloud, or IT services.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, especially electrical & mechanical services.
• Able to define scope and work breakdown, and coordinate engineering inputs.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project / Aconex (or similar).
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project delivery (build phase), RFS, and onboarding.
• Support engagement during pre-contract stage to define requirements and transition into delivery.
• Develop and manage delivery programmes, track milestones, and ensure alignment with timelines.
• Manage customer change requests, including cost and schedule impact.
• Own handover of facility to customer during RFS and enable smooth BAU transition.
