Qualifications

• 5+ years in medium to large IDC construction and operations management.
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle management and mainstream data center collaborations.
• Strong operational service management skills with knowledge of IT frameworks and tools (ITIL, DCIM).
• Expertise in service/process design and optimization.
• Deep understanding of IDC infrastructure technologies, including power and cooling systems.
• Familiarity with local data center layouts and resources.
• Must hold a valid work permit to work legally in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and develop IDC service strategies based on company objectives.
• Balance quality, efficiency, cost, and safety to support business operations.
• Build strong partnerships with backend teams and data center operators.
• Drive user-oriented operating system improvements and IDC construction optimization.
• Oversee IDC infrastructure reliability, onsite operations, costs, and safety standards.
• Manage and assess on-site maintenance and outsourcing teams.
