Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a seasoned Data Center Channel Manager to drive partner ecosystems and end-to-end channel development in Malaysia. You will design strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead partner programs to accelerate sales and market presence.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Data Center Channel Sales.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Direct sales experience with an account or partner-sales approach is an asset.
• Experience in channel-focused Data Center companies is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational coordination skills.
• Ability to work in and adapt to a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies for Digital Power Data Center partners and ecosystem development in Malaysia.
• Collaborate to build Data Center channel maps and update channel insights.
• Lead commercial distribution business development for CLA and SMA and manage marketing activities with partners.
• Develop key channel partners, train for solution capabilities, and certify CSP service capability.
• Achieve sales, market, cooperation, and brand targets across partner types.
• Develop overall Data Center partner development strategy and build the partner system.
• Policies and processes for Data Center partners; monitor internal implementation.
• Nurture and support partners; manage external orders and internal controls.
• Build a partner competence center and training platforms to support frontline operations.

Education
