Job summary

Delta Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania seeks an experienced Channel Sales professional to drive regional growth across Malaysia. You will build and scale a high-performing channel partner network, align go-to-market strategies, and close high-value opportunities with key partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel partner development and indirect sales within Malaysia.
• Direct connections with system integrators, consultants, channel partners, and enterprise customers in Malaysia.
• Proven ability to strategize and execute channel programs and revenue targets.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners and system integrators across Malaysia.
• Drive revenue for Data Center Infrastructure solutions with partners on deal strategy and joint customer visits.
• Cultivate relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, data center operators, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Support partner teams through enablement, coaching, and marketing programs to maximize sales.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage forecasts, pipeline, and regional growth metrics.
• Represent Delta Electronics at industry events to increase brand awareness in target sectors.
