Responsibilities

• Perform daily customs clearance activities for import and export shipments.
• Prepare, process, and maintain customs documents and supporting records.
• Assist with customs inspections, seal and break-seal activities, and shipment clearance.
• Upload documents into MyCIEDS and monitor customs form approval status.
• Coordinate with Customs Officers, government agencies, customers, and internal departments on clearance matters.
• Assist with customs payments, Delivery Orders, and delivery arrangements.
• Follow up on pending shipments and escalates clearance issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or HOD.
