Job summary

Exeo Global Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Customs Clerk to support import/export declarations in a fast-paced environment in Malaysia. You will handle the myCieds system, HS code checks, and gather essential data for accurate declarations.

Responsibilities include processing K1/K2/K3/K4/K8/K9 forms, PKFZ submissions, monitoring statuses, and delivering reports under guidance from the Team Lead. A strong multi-tasking ability and proactive attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Possess good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Be a fast learner with initiative and good work attitude.
• Meticulous with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process myCieds system.
• Process Customs Forms K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9 and ZB (PKFZ).
• Check Tariff Finder (HS Code) for accurate classification.
• Seek and gather required information from relevant sources as part of the declaration process.
• Prepare and submit data/documents for import/export customs declarations.
• Monitor declaration status and follow up with shippers and customs system on issues.
• Ensure all declarations are completed accurately according to case requirements.
• Prepare reports as assigned by the Team Lead.
• Provide customs forms and PKFZ submissions on time based on the agreed TAT.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required.
