Responsibilities

• Prepare customs declaration forms for submission.
• Handle all customs formalities with authorities for clearance.
• Check and advise on HS codes and duties.
• Advise clients on required documentation for clearance.
• Coordinate with logistics for transportation on clearance.
• Follow up on discrepancies and invoices for payments.
• Interface between Finance and Customs Clearance Team/Agent.
• Assist staff with administrative freight duties.
• E Commerce Declarations and courier system updates.
