Job summary

QuintMas Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operation Clerk to support daily shipment, customs documentation and delivery operations in Penang.

You will prepare customs forms, update shipment records in Excel, coordinate with drivers and runners, and handle related emails and calls. Relevant logistics experience and basic Excel skills are preferred, and you should be organized, attentive to details, and able to communicate across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping, customs documentation or operations is advantageous.
• Familiar with K1, K8 & K9 Customs Forms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with drivers, runners and internal teams.
• Responsible, organised and attentive to details.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Customs Forms K1, K8 & K9 and related supporting documents
• Key in and update shipment information and records
• Calculate shipment weight (KG), litre, value and customs duty
• Prepare daily Delivery Orders (DO) and Task Pass for drivers
• Coordinate with runners and drivers on customs clearance, loading and deliveries
• Monitor and follow up on daily shipment and delivery status
• Update incoming shipment details and records in Excel
• Handle emails and phone calls relating to shipments, deliveries, customs and documentation
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned
