Job summary

SF Express Corporation is seeking a qualified Customs Operations specialist in Selangor to oversee end-to-end import/export declarations and documentation. You will ensure compliance, coordinate with logistics teams, and liaise with customs officials to resolve queries.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customs clearance role.
Solid knowledge of import/export procedures, HS Code classification and customs regulations.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Effective English communication; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to work morning or night shifts to cover teammates.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Customs Operations & Import/Export Management – oversee declarations, invoices, shipping documents and paperwork.
Compliance & Classification – ensure processes meet internal and external standards.
Stakeholder Liaison – serve as main contact between importers/exporters and customs officials.
Coordination with Logistics – collaborate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely transport and document sharing.
Error Handling – investigate discrepancies, adjust declarations, communicate with authorities.
