Job summary

PMB Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive to ensure all customer service functions run smoothly and efficiently. You will support the Management on customer service policies, procedures and practices and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate SAP postings for delivery, sales and invoices, implementing process improvements, and assisting with urgent orders while upholding service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and administration.
• Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Job description

Ensure the entire Customer Service functions and activities are running smoothly and efficiently.

Formulates Customer Service policies, procedures and practices to ensure which are in line with the Company's business requirements, national and industry standards.

Provide functional guidance, advice, information, and to support the Management on Customer Service related policies, procedures and practices.

Assist in implementing process changes to improve order accuracy, service responsiveness, and documentation practices

Maintain accurate SAP posting for delivery, sales, invoice and other related documentation.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Support execution of urgent orders while maintaining overall service quality.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Business Management or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin with excellent written & communication skills.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Must be strong in self-discipline with positive working attitude

Preferably Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
