Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a steel manufacturing client seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive (Assistant Officer) to support order processing and customer coordination in Selangor & Penang. • Minimum qualification of SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing or sales support within the manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) will be very advantageous.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).
• Willing to spend extra time to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily coordination with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and any delays.

• Maintain and update accurate records and generate reports related to orders and deliveries.
• Support testing, training, and data entry tasks related to the ERP system rollout.

Job Requirements:
