Job summary

PMB Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive to ensure all customer service functions run smoothly and efficiently. You will support the Management on customer service policies, procedures and practices and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate SAP postings for delivery, sales and invoices, implementing process improvements, and assisting with urgent orders while upholding service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and administration.
• Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service functions and activities run smoothly.
• Formulate customer service policies and procedures aligned with business needs and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to management on service policies and practices.
• Assist in implementing process changes to improve order accuracy and responsiveness.
