Job summary

KINTETSU WORLD EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN.BHD is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to enter shipment information into the system, prepare documents, and communicate with customers regarding pickup arrangements. You will work with the operations team to coordinate packing and cargo collection, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
