Qualifications

• STPM / Diploma holder in any disciplines.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably within logistics, warehousing or distribution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, database management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal colleagues, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, telephone and other channels with accurate information about shipments, warehousing services and storage solutions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to track shipments and monitor delivery schedules.
• Process customer requests including storage, order picking, packing and dispatch with accuracy and service SLAs.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in company databases.
• Prepare and send invoices, delivery confirmations and other shipping paperwork to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, telephone and other communication channels, providing accurate information about shipments, warehousing services and storage solutions
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to track shipments, monitor delivery schedules and resolve any operational issues that may impact customer timelines
• Process customer requests including storage arrangements, order picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed service levels
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests and resolutions using company database systems
• Prepare and send documentation including invoices, delivery confirmations and other shipping paperwork to clients
• Monitor key performance indicators related to customer service delivery and report on service metrics and customer satisfaction
• Support the coordination of special projects or customised logistics solutions for key clients
