Job description

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales and Marketing Executive (Forwarding and Transportation) to join our team at Kintetsu World Express (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd' in Penang Island, Penang. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in expanding our new business development efforts within the sales and marketing function.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the forwarding and transportation industry

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our services and solutions

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business potential

Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals to win new contracts

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Contribute to the overall sales and revenue growth objectives of the organisation

What we're looking for
