Job summary

AME Elite Consortium Berhad 腾宇集团 in Selangor is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative. You will receive inbound calls, arrange service appointments, perform follow‑ups on repaired jobs, and handle customer complaints with courtesy and professionalism. Fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is expected. The role also involves updating customer data and preparing monthly reports.
