Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan JEV Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a customer support representative to help customers solve everyday issues while building valuable service experience, onsite at Medini, Johor.

You will handle enquiries, identify issues, record interactions, and escalate when needed, with a focus on meeting service and quality standards. The role requires good English and BM communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts including nights.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia for customer interactions.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and fast typing.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights.
