Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd. is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant to join our Sunway, Selangor team on a fixed-term/ LTC contract. You will assist with billing, documentation, asset management, and handling customer queries to ensure accurate, timely service.

Work with Operations, Production, and Distribution to support an end-to-end order-to-cash process and deliver excellent customer experience while upholding process standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in administration, operations, commercial, sales support, or a related role.
• Good understanding of business processes; OTC knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to implement process enhancements.

Aufgaben

• Support customer administration activities, including billing, documentation management, cylinder asset management, and customer query and complaint resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support order-to-cash processes and deliver a strong customer experience.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation with timely resolution.
• Monitor administration processes, identify improvements, analyze trends and root causes, and contribute to service quality and efficiency.
• Support reporting and ad hoc projects and participate in cross-functional discussions to drive improvements.
