Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Operations Representative to manage quote-to-cash activities, order processing, invoicing, and customer communications in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely order acknowledgements, and maintain accurate records while upholding service standards and process compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience or more.
• Good knowledge of Keysight products, solutions and deliverables.
• Solid knowledge of Keysight organization, processes and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and own activities related to quote to cash process (quotes, orders, invoicing) including order entry and scrubbing.
• Send customer order acknowledgements and updates.
• Follow policies and procedures to generate quotes and log calls within SLA.
• Manage service order review and closure.
• Trigger customer billings timely and in accordance with policy including e-invoicing and portal.
• Perform error correction to clear stuck orders.
• File related quote and order documentation following retention guidelines.
• Act as point of contact for Service Delivery/FC/Field and internal contacts to resolve issues.
