Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for customer requests and order processing across channels.
• Coordinate with logistics and asset management to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate billing.
• Drive issue resolution by logging feedback and coordinating with stakeholders for sustainable improvements.
• Support Lead on process improvements, policy updates, and administrative tasks including ISO-aligned documentation.
