You will handle orders, assist walk-in clients, issue e-invoices via AutoCount, and coordinate with dispatch and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection. You will also monitor payment status, liaise with clients on orders and invoices, and generate regular sales performance reports to help management strategize.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in handling sales orders and invoicing processes.
• Familiarity with e-invoicing and AutoCount is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, dispatch and finance teams.
• Experience in payment collection and accounts reconciliation.
