Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant (contract) in Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia. The role focuses on supporting customer administration, billing, and documentation management to ensure accurate order-to-cash processing.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth customer experience and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in administration or sales support.
• Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support customer administration activities, including billing, documentation management, cylinder asset management, and customer queries/complaints.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Distribution and shared services to enable a seamless order-to-cash process.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and compliance with requirements.
• Monitor processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support reporting and ad hoc projects.
