Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd. is seeking a Customer Relations Executive in Sunway, Selangor. You will support customer administration, billing, documentation management, and order-to-cash processes while delivering accurate, timely service in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Operations, Production, and Shared Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, resolve inquiries and complaints, and contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in administration, operations, sales support, or related role.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support customer administration activities including billing, documentation management, cylinder asset management, and customer query resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Distribution and Shared Services to enable seamless order-to-cash processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer concerns and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Monitor processes, identify improvements and contribute to initiatives that raise service quality and efficiency.
• Assist with reporting and ad hoc projects to support business objectives.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will be responsible for supportingcustomer administration activities, including billing, documentationmanagement, cylinder asset management, and customer query and complaintresolution. You will ensure all activities are completed accurately, efficiently,and in accordance with established processes and service level agreements
• Furthermore, you will work closely withcross-functional teams, including Operations, Production, Distribution, andshared service teams, to support a seamless order-to-cash process and deliveran excellent customer experience
• Managing customer enquiries, resolving issues, andmaintaining accurate documentation is part of your role. You willproactively coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolutionof customer concerns and compliance with operational requirements
• Additionally, you will monitor administrationprocesses, identify improvement opportunities, analyse trends and root causes,and contribute to initiatives that enhance service quality and operationalefficiency
• You will also support reporting and ad hoc projects,participate in cross-functional discussions, and help drive continuousimprovement to meet business objectives and customer expectation

• At least 2 years of experience in administration,operations, commercial, sales support, or a related role.
• Good understanding of business processes, with knowledge ofthe Order-to-Cash (OTC) process being an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate resultswithin tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, andorganizational skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability toidentify and implement process enhancements.
