Job summary

You will handle inbound calls, live chat, and email, resolve issues, and keep accurate records while meeting KPIs. Rotational shifts and shuttle service are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / SKM Level 3 or above.
• Able to communicate well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates without prior working experience are welcome.
• Able to work on 24 hours rotational shift and on weekend.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally via phone calls
• Respond to customer enquiries through Live Chat and Email
• Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction while meeting operational KPIs
