Job summary

• Handle inbound customer calls, chats and email related to mobile services.
• Assist customers with inquiries on plans, reloads, promotions, account status, and general service support.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
• Accurately update customer information and case details in the system.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
