Talent Recruit is partnering with a multinational workspace operator in Singapore to recruit a Customer Service Executive. The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires strong English and Mandarin communication.

You will greet members, handle inquiries across channels, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and support daily operations in a collaborative environment. The position offers a basic salary of SGD 2,500 plus fixed allowances, with the option to base yourself in Singapore or nearby

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service: Welcome and assist the members, visitors, and guests.
• Manage customer inquiries: Address customer service inquiries and requests through various channels (in-person, email, phone).
• Support member onboarding and offboarding: Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes for the members.
• Contribute to daily operations: Maintain the overall functionality and positive atmosphere of the space.
• Handle administrative tasks: Perform administrative duties according to company procedures.
• Participate in center events: Support member events and company initiatives.
