You will handle customer and driver inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service excellence. Rotational shifts and shuttle services support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Willing to work rotational shifts (5 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays).
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
• Assist riders and drivers with service-related issues in a professional manner.
• Resolve cases efficiently by following SOPs.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Accurately document all interactions in the system.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
