Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Deliver a consistently positive and helpful experience to every customer.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team when needed.
• Meet service quality standards and monthly KPI targets.
• Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.
