Qualifikationen

• High school diploma; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Aufgaben

• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding; use resources to resolve issues.
• Listen with empathy and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers politely using approved procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work; annotate accounts as required.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate.
• Track, document and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring customers to published materials or to more senior staff.
