Job summary

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd. is seeking an Operations Executive to manage customer enquiries, provide sales support to the marketing team, and handle policy administration including billing issuance for Employee benefits policies.

The role involves handling internal and external enquiries, supporting the sales team on billing, claims and underwriting queries, and ensuring timely issuance and reconciliation of invoices within SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 1 year of working experience in related field; fresh graduates considered.
• Preference for exposure in the insurance industry (Employee benefits operations).
• Experience in employee benefits operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support to sales team on billing, claims and underwriting queries.
• Ensure timely policy and billing issuance for movement invoices.
• Verify and reconcile monthly Third Party Administrator's admin fees.
• Verify monthly claim adjustments and coordinate department administrative tasks.
• Participate in projects for system, product or process improvements.
• Engage in ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Corporate Solutions Operations, Executive

To manage customer enquiries to both internal and external stakeholders; provide sales support to marketing team, and policy administration in terms of billing issuance for Employee benefit's corporate policies.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Customer service/Sales support - To attend and reply to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders. To register daily job batching for NB, Renewal and movements in the tracker. To support sales team on billing, claims and underwriting enquiries from customers/intermediaries.

To ensure policy and billing issuance for movement invoices are within agreed turnaround time and in strict compliance of department’s standard operating procedures and guidelines.

Verification and reconciliation of monthly Third Party Administrator's administrative fees.

Verification of claim adjustments on a monthly basis.

To coordinate for department administrative tasks including gift & entertainment expenses submission, stationery ordering, festive items and others.

To participate in project or initiatives for system, product or process improvement.

To participate for any other administrative, BCP testing or ad hoc assigned projects.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

1 year of working experience in the related field for this position and open to fresh graduate

Preferably with exposure in the insurance industry (Employee benefits operations)
