Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad is recruiting for a Senior Executive, Marketing Support (Motor Franchise) - Non Motor. The role supports the Marketing Office, revising quotations, liaising with underwriters, handling referrals, and ensuring smooth policy processing for dealers.

You will provide admin support, check policy wordings, draft letters, and coordinate with policy processing to maintain workflow efficiency.

Formación

• Degree in any discipline or professional certification in insurance.
• Minimum three (3) years of working experience in relevant insurance industry is preferred.
• General insurance knowledge preferably in Non Motor.
• Sales and performance driven.
• Strong Creative thinking and ability to create the right outcomes for the business.
• Have good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and good rapport with internal and external parties.
• A team player.

Senior Executive, Marketing Support (Motor Franchise) - Non Motor

Support MFD Marketing Officerto ensure smooth operations i.e. assist with quotations, referrals, NCD recovery, liaisons with underwriters for appeal cases.

Non-Motor – Provide quality servicing to the business which includes but not limited to revising quotations, negotiating with UW, referring referrals to higher authority, following up with policy processing team on policy status, checking policy wordings/clauses before sending to dealers, preparing acknowledgement letters and follow up on payments.

Accountable for overall administration support to MU to ensure workflow is running effectively & efficiently.

Assist in ad-hoc administration support to the team members.

Requirements

Degree in any discipline or professional certification in insurance.

Minimum three (3) years of working experience in relevant insurance industry is preferred.

General insurance knowledge preferably in Non Motor.

Sales and performance driven.

Strong Creative thinking and ability to create the right outcomes for the business.
