Job summary

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd. is seeking a Senior Executive to execute agency strategies at the Johor Bahru branch. You will drive productivity programs for new agents, monitor performance, and coordinate with head office on promotions and campaigns.

The role emphasizes meeting monthly targets and developing talent within the agency network. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher and have a minimum of 3 years in a related field, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute and implement agency strategies at branch level to achieve KPIs in VoNB and manpower.
• Drive New Agents Productivity Program with orientation and qualification targets.
• Collaborate with BD to identify potential agents and monitor daily activities to meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate with Head Office to execute business development activities, promotions, roadshows, and product launches.
• Organize Career Opportunity Presentations every 2 months.
• Support other duties assigned by the company from time to time.

Branch Agency Business Development, Senior Executive (JB)

Execution and implementation of agency strategies at branch level to ensure meeting company KPIs in term of VoNB and manpower.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

1) New Agents Productivity Program

a) 95% NR attended Orientation Program

b) 90% attended BSC1 and BSC2

c) Organize Quarterly NR dinner and recognition

2) TMNG, TMNG Elite and TMNG Pro

work with BDs to identify the potential agents, monitoring, provide guidance and checking daily activities to the candidates to qualify monthly target

3) Business Manager

work with Business Development to identify the potential agents, monitoring, provide guidance and checking daily activities to the candidates to qualified monthly target

4) Organize Career Opportunity Presentation every 2 months

5) Coordinate with Head Office for effective execution of business development related activities including sales/products promotion and contests, road shows, new products launching, annual agency awards, agency tour and etc

6) Any other duties that the company that may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably good in excel and power point

Position is based Johor Bahru.
