Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile tender submission documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with departments to collect and organise tender documents.
• Contact subcontractors to obtain quotations and follow up on prices within deadlines.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender costing and markup.
• Ensure tender documents are organised and submitted on time.
• Support tender requirements and other assigned tasks.

Job Summary

The Executive, Tender will support the Commercial Tender team in preparing and compiling tender submission documents, coordinating with various departments, obtaining subcontractor quotations, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for cost markup purposes. This role is ideal for a hardworking and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn, take on challenges and develop practical knowledge of tendering and construction project costing.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare and compile tender submission documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.

Coordinate with various departments to collect and organise the necessary tender documents.

Contact subcontractors to obtain quotations and follow up on outstanding prices within the required deadlines.

Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender costing and markup purposes.

Ensure all tender documents are properly organised and submitted on time.

Support the team in coordinating tender requirements and completing other assigned tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with tendering or construction experience will have an added advantage.

Hardworking, proactive and willing to learn.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
