Advancecon Holdings Berhad invites applications for an Executive, Tender to support the Commercial Tender team in preparing tender submissions, coordinating with departments, and obtaining quotations. The role also involves preparing Bills of Quantities for cost markup.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; tendering or construction experience is an advantage.
• Hardworking, proactive and willing to learn.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile tender submission documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with departments to collect and organise tender documents.
• Contact subcontractors to obtain quotations and follow up on prices within deadlines.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender costing and markup.
• Ensure tender documents are organised and submitted on time.
• Support tender requirements and other assigned tasks.
