Job summary

Advancecon Holdings Berhad is seeking a Payroll Executive to join our team in Malaysia. The role welcomes fresh graduates or experienced payroll professionals to contribute to accurate monthly payroll processing and compliance with Malaysian regulations.

You will manage attendance verification, HRIS data, and payroll-related reporting while handling leave administration and foreign worker payroll. Training and career growth are available in a supportive, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR or related field.
• Experience in payroll administration and HRIS is preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/IRB, HRD Corp, SKBBK).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Verify attendance records and resolve payroll enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/IRB, HRD Corp, and SKBBK.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Prepare payroll reports, labour cost analysis, and payroll reconciliations.
• Manage employee leave administration and records.
• Handle foreign worker payroll and related account administration.
• Support payroll audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities

As our Payroll Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations by:

Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Verifying attendance records and resolving payroll-related enquiries.

Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/IRB, HRD Corp, and SKBBK.

Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data.

Preparing payroll reports, labour cost analysis, and payroll reconciliations.

Managing employee leave administration and records.

Handling foreign worker payroll and related account administration.

Supporting payroll audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

Experience in payroll administration, HRIS, and statutory compliance is an advantage.

Knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/IRB, HRD Corp, and SKBBK.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
