Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Cluster Branch Manager to lead a network of branches, drive growth and manage performance across lending and wealth products. You will guide branch teams, set strategic objectives, and ensure seamless customer service delivery across the cluster.

The role requires extensive FI banking experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in sales strategy execution, with focus on retail banking, SME and asset management products.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of FI banking/investment experience.
• 6–8 years of people management experience.
• Strong track record in spearheading and executing sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the branches within the cluster and implement strategies to achieve goals.
• Drive sustainable growth and acquisition of new customers across Auto Loan, Mortgage, Cards, Unsecured Loans, Investment, SME & Insurance.
• Monitor branch performance (financial, operational, customer service) using KPIs and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align lending direction and risk management.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, optimal resourcing and succession planning.
