Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related working experience, ideally in a Branch Customer Service, Mortgage Direct Sales or Wealth Management Relationship role
• Strong people management and leadership skills with ability to guide and train a team to achieve sales targets and service standards
• Good interpersonal and communication, organizational and planning skills
• Wel come new challenges and possess a ‘Think-Act-Own’ attitude to see through planned and unplanned deliverables to completion

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new to bank customers, prospects and business partners
• Lead and coach branch staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
• Monitor banking operations to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance and risk management
• Ensure branch audit readiness and uphold good product knowledge across consumer offerings
