• Minimum of 5 years related working experience, ideally in a Branch Customer Service, Mortgage Direct Sales or Wealth Management Relationship role.
• Strong people management and leadership skills; ability to guide and train a team to achieve sales targets and service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Branch strategy and build relationships with customers, prospects and partners to source new business opportunities.
• Lead and coach staff to improve competencies and meet sales targets and service standards.
