Job summary

Concentrix Malaysia is seeking a Specialist, Technical Sales (Cloud) to drive new business and grow existing accounts in Malaysia. You will assess customer needs, propose technical solutions, and deliver compelling cloud product presentations.

The role requires cloud expertise, ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a track record of closing deals. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will train customers and collaborate with sales teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen / based in Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud-related roles.
• Cloud certification (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Proven closing sales experience.
• Strong understanding of major cloud platforms.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).
• Plus Point: Experience supporting ANZ market.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory.
• Assess customer needs, provide technical solutions, and resolve client issues.
• Deliver technical training and communicate feedback to drive improvements.
• Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations for products and services.
