Job summary

Concentrix in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks an Associate, Technical Sales (Cloud) to generate new business and grow existing accounts. You will assess client needs, provide technical solutions, and train customers while strengthening relationships to drive sales opportunities.

The role requires cloud experience, relevant certifications (GCP, Azure, AWS), and excellent communication and presentation skills. You will work closely with sales teams, partners, and stakeholders to deliver compelling

Qualifications

• Must have cloud experience, preferably in technical sales, pre-sales or solution consulting.
• Cloud certifications such as GCP, Azure or AWS are advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Professional and confident in building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Self-starter with urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate products.
• Support pre-sales activities and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
• Assist partners in resolving technical roadblocks and provide guidance on solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to support sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend competitive solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Advise customers and sales teams on the technical aspects of products and services.
• Conduct training sessions to help clients understand and utilise the products.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and enquiries to maintain engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships with decision-makers.
