Job summary

Concentrix Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Specialist, Technical Sales (Cloud) to drive cloud solutions with customers. You will present technical sales proposals, translate complex concepts for stakeholders, and collaborate with sales teams to close opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in cloud roles, Azure certification, strong English skills, and the ability to articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences. This is a full-time on-site role in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in cloud-related roles.
• Azure certification preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable.
• Proven ability to close sales and present technically.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver moderately complex technical proposals and presentations for sales support
• Identify and analyze customer needs to develop strategies that competitively address demands

• Provide training sessions utilizing technical expertise to enhance customer understanding and product use

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen / based in Malaysia
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud-related roles
• Cloud certification (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Proven closing sales experience
• Strong understanding of major cloud platforms
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
