Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to manage the full sales cycle for SMB, Ecommerce and software development clients in Malaysia. You will engage in business-level and technical conversations with stakeholders up to CTO/COO/CFO, and use Salesforce CRM to identify high-potential leads.

You will serve as the first point of contact for new and growing businesses interested in our Cloud Solution, balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a diploma or higher degree.
• 3 years of experience preferred, fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads using Salesforce CRM.
• Serve as first point of contact with new and growing businesses interested in the Cloud Solution.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for SMB, Ecommerce and Software Development Industry businesses.
