Job summary

TDCX Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Technical Sales Account Manager (Indonesian/Filipino/Thai/Vietnamese). You will guide customers on cloud solutions, assess environments, and identify opportunities to grow accounts from a technical perspective.

Qualifications

• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 3+ years in inside or field sales, preferably cloud-related.
• Strong understanding of cloud products and business value positioning.
• Experience in CRM usage, opportunity management, and pipeline updates.
• Role-based cloud certifications preferred and to be completed during ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding customers on cloud products and solution recommendations.
• Engage customers to understand environment, priorities, challenges, and requirements.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, migration, expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Support sales growth by acquiring new business and advancing qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery, qualify opportunities, and propose next steps based on needs.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and solution demos when applicable.
• Maintain CRM updates, notes, and pipeline hygiene in line with process requirements.
• Collaborate with channel managers to progress customer opportunities.
