TDCX is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Kuala Lumpur to close opportunities and guide customers from order to delivery. You will provide product information, tailor solutions, and strive to exceed daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher; at least 2 years in end-to-end sales or account management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Thai.

Responsibilities

• Close incoming sales opportunities and meet short-term quotas.
• Assist customers with order placement and product information.
• Ensure recommended products meet customers' needs.
• Maintain service levels per Sales, Quality, and Productivity metrics and strive to exceed targets.
• Recognize and escalate customer issues following proper channels.
• Maintain product knowledge via training workshops and keep up to date on product material.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support quality management at TDCX.
