Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification.

Responsibilities

• Close incoming sales opportunities and promote product benefits to meet short-term quotas.
• Assist customers with order placement and provide product information and advice.
• Ensure recommended products/services meet customer needs.
• Deliver high service levels aligned with Sales, Quality and Productivity metrics.
• Document and escalate customer issues or trends per escalation channels.
• Maintain product knowledge through training and updates.
