Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking a proactive Inside Sales professional in Malaysia to drive orders and build lasting customer relationships. You will respond to inquiries, present suitable solutions, and guide buyers through the purchase process.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher (any field) required or preferred.
• 2 years sales experience in related field preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong time management and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in local market language.

Responsibilities

• Close incoming sales opportunities by selling product benefits to meet short-term goals and quotas.
• Assist customers with order placement and provide product information and advice.
• Ensure recommended products, services and solutions meet the customer needs.
• Maintain high service levels, meeting Sales, Quality and Productivity metrics.
