Job summary

NORTHERN TOWER HEALTHCARE SERVICES SDN BHD in Penang seeks a customer service professional for front-desk and patient care duties at our clinic. You will answer enquiries, schedule appointments, and manage patient data with strict confidentiality, performing on-site and telephonic interactions.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service/patient care, a Diploma in any field, and strong communication with the ability to multitask while maintaining compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service/patient care.
• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Experience with customer/patient registration procedures.
• Strong communication and public relations skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Compassionate and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and provide replies to customers/patients via phone.
• Handle enquiries and provide replies to customers/patients on-site (clinic premises).
• Schedule and coordinate appointments (on-site/phone).
• Send reminders and confirm appointments with customers/patients.
• Provide follow-up to customers/patients.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of customer/patient information/data.
• Handle billing, cashiering, payment collection and issue receipts when required.
• Prepare and maintain clinic forms, documents and reports.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of clinic records.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/management.
