Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and relay messages.
• Receives clinic report and assignment before the change of clinic department.
• Attends meetings held by the services to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the clinic waiting area, treatment room, wheelchair bay and reading area.
• Chaperons Consultant in doing procedures.
• Escorts patients to other services when applicable.
