Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a hospital receptionist to support the Consultant Clinic with reception and general office duties. You will manage outpatient visits, appointments, and patient referrals while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with hospital processes.

The ideal candidate has SPM with credit in English and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong typing and English writing skills.

Qualifications

• SPM with credit in English required.
• 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate with good typing skill and basic English writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception and general office management at Consultant Clinic.
• Handle outpatient visits and manage outpatient appointments.
• Ensure patient information confidentiality.
• Liaise for validation of guarantee letters.
• Process charges according to hospital system and refer patients as needed.
• Attend enquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
