KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Clinic Receptionist for Consultant Clinic-2 in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage front-desk operations, register patients, book appointments, and assist doctors by organizing patient records and ensuring smooth daily clinic flow.

The role requires a friendly, professional approach, accuracy in handling patient information, and the ability to promote services and patient rights while supporting the clinic team in delivering quality private healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Register patient upon receiving or prescription or appointment letter.
• Assisting doctor in the clinic, if needed.
• Organize patient record in the clinic.
• Book appointment patient for operation and send to admission counter for admission.
• Ensure patient's record to be ready before is due for appointment.
• Ensure that all items ordered are keyed in correctly.
• Ensure that all clinic supplies and stock levels are adequately maintained to support smooth and uninterrupted daily operations.
